Mazda’s sports car MX-5 never sold in scads. Mazda wants to add a CUV to its already expanding list of vehicles. However, now it seems that Mazda MX-5 is something in which the company is interested since it might serve it well.
For the upcoming year, the MX-5 has been finetuned so as to pique the interest of car lovers everywhere. The Cherry Top alternative, which was originally a hit in the UK, has been expanded for other markets. Among the list of paint options mat be included: blue, white, red and grey.
A white body along with a red top would be a cool choice. The sports car also received standard treatment which led to a host of features being added to it.
These included: a 7 inch touch screen, LED headlights and taillights, bluetooth connectivity and a leather covered shift stick. The price of course has increased to $26,185.
Automatic option will cost you an extra $1350. Heated cloth seats are another feature that is in the newer version. Mazda is in the habit of revising the features of its vehicles every couple of years. This is to keep attracting customers.
The MX-5 has a soft top as is evident at first glance. Recaro seats are an option that is particularly liked by the clientele. While the changes are not game changing in any way, they are enough of an interest enhancer that they count among Mazda’s best kept secrets.
The MX-5 is one of the most alluring of sports cars by Mazda. Its two seater interior space means that while two is company, three is a crowd. The Recaro seats will cost an extra $4470. The car is not a bad package and just looking at it makes one’s urge to drive it go into overdrive.
