- BYTON makes global presence at CES 2018 that will help brand build "next generation smart devices for shared mobility and autonomous driving"
The CES 2018 is about to begin pretty soon. It will feature the world premiere of Byton’s first drivable prototype EV with built-in AI. This is the age of the smart vehicle as is apparent from such companies like Tesla.
Besides electric functions, seamless networks and self-driving are going to become the order of the day once this thing gets rolling. Byton is about to display its wares as the next generation products that will bedazzle the crowd of technology lovers.
Besides a large screen in the front, the car has a touch steering wheel and gesture-facial-and-emotion recognition facility. This furnishes the basis of smart mobility and piloting.
Within the next half a decade or so, Byton plans on unveiling three new models. One will be an SUV, another will be a sedan and the third will be an MPV. These vehicles will hit the car showrooms in the years 2019, 2021 and 2022.
As for the first drivable prototype, it will offer everything in the way of efficient, reliable and eco-friendly driving technology with a groundbreaking design language and vehicle-to-vehicle communication system.
Byton is expecting that its smart car philosophy will get plenty of popularity at the CES 2018 which is not very far off on the event horizon.
"BYTON's idea of marrying the automotive industry with digital technology is well in line with the development direction of technology as represented by Silicon Valley. Silicon Valley's strength in technology and talent will provide powerful support for BYTON's R&D endeavor in intelligent driving," said BYTON CEO & Co-Founder Dr.Carsten Breitfeld.
CES 2018 will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada from January 9-12, 2018.
