Samsung is said to reveal its large 150-inch Micro LED TV at the CES 2018. This show will take place during the first month of the upcoming year. The conglomerate has made its 4K HDR LED Cinema Screen fit into the seamless Micro LED TV.
It is basically the same sophisticated technology within a more compact frame. This makes the deal a lucrative one to boot. The home theater market never saw a better bargain. It will surely be the best buy for Samsung when the time for its sales drive comes.
The manufacturing of a Micro LED panel is a very complicated process. This was amply demonstrated by Samsung in its 2012 55-inch Micro LED TV. Every individual LED acts as a lone pixel and thus churning out these LEDs is not exactly child’s play.
The advantage this LED lends the consumer is that it is not subject to the same issues as an OLED screen. The power it requires is meager and as for the heat it generates, it too is minimal. Samsung definitely seems raring to go as far as entry into the Micro LED market is concerned.
The Micro LED TV will feature solid state LED components that will be etched into a silicon-substrate. These components are very small indeed. They serve as individual pixels.
It is almost like the LED components turn off and own based on their own initiative. This is complex technology at its best. The display of this Micro LED TV at the CES 2018 will create a great deal of excitement.
