WowWee said initially that the Fingerlings Sloth would be released on Nov. 17, but the first shoppers report that they found the baby sloth already at their local Walmart store. In recent communications on Facebook, WowWee now says that the Fingerlings Sloth is slowly climbing its way into select Walmart stores.
Some Fingerlings hunters had luck using BrickSeek to spot the Sloth in stock, but the experience is very mixed. Even when BrickSeek shows that a store has Sloth in stock, the shoppers returned empty-handed. The SKU of the WowWee Fingerlings Kimberley the Baby Sloth is 907678519. We see multiple Walmart stores with the Sloth in stock in our research.
We reported first about the Fingerlings Sloth in October. Only Walmart in the US and Canada is offering it and also so far only in stores. The original six Fingerlings baby monkey showed up in stock online at Walmart, but only in very limited availability. The Fingerlings stock sold out in a minute each time, according to the The Tracker app.

It's very difficult to judge from the listing if it's a counterfeit Fingerlings or an original WowWee product.The only advice is to buy Fingerlings from authorized retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, GameStop, Target and ToysRUs.
